Ferhadanlı

The ancestors of Ferhadanlı village lived in Dobramirka, a town of Bulgaria during the Ottoman Empire period. During the Balkan Wars, they bought the Ferhat Pasha farm around the village of Ferhadanlı and established a settlement here. The ethnic origins of the village are divided into two as local and immigrant neighborhoods. It is 23 km away from Süleymanpaşa. 8th Mechanized Infantry Brigade Command - Beşiktepe Gen. Doğu Aktulga Barracks is within the borders of Ferhadanlı neighborhood. The economy of the village is based on agriculture and husbandry. There is a primary school in the village. The village has both drinking water and sewage mains network. There is a PTT agency and a health center. The road providing transportation is asphalt and there is electricity and fixed telephone in the village. The population of 2019 is 2.131.
